I shouldn’t have to wait 7 days to get a confirmation update that my order was actually placed. I was patient in this regard and only received the update after I email for the 3rd time after 7 days. This is not ideal, especially for thousand dollar products. After finally getting the order confirmation, it stated my yoke wouldn’t ship for another month without explicit reasoning for the delay. I then reach out several more times to understand why the long delay, which was due to slow production because of too many orders. Finally though, I received my yoke, two weeks ahead of the stated shipping delay and all was good. Just took too long. And also the support forum is completely dead and there are hundreds of posts without response from Brunner. Please attend to the forums.
